You confirm that:

Your property will not be permanently occupied by anybody other than you and/or your family. Family means you, your partner and any other person permanently living with you (including children or foster children). Excludes lodgers and any other tenants not covered under your tenancy agreement

The property does not have signs of, or has never had any damage caused to it by: landslip, subsidence or heave

You or any member of your family to be insured do not have any unspent convictions or prosecutions pending (other than motor convictions)

You or any member of your family have not had insurance cancelled, declined, declared void or had any special terms imposed

The home or the land belonging to it has not flooded in the last 10 years

The property will not be left unoccupied for more than 60 days in a row

The property will not be used for business or professional purposes, other than clerical work undertaken by you and your family
